This post is part of Edition #1 – Primer.

I’m originally from Ekpoma, Nigeria, but was raised in Dallas Texas for the 20 years of my 21 year life. I started drawing from a young age but started taking it seriously at 15.

I’m in the last stretch of my college life and these days the best part about what I do now is that I’m able to tell stories that people can latch on to. I think recently I’ve been making it a point to tell stories with my work and I think that doing that gas allowed me to reach more people.

My big goal is to FINALLY complete a chapter of a comic. I’ve been thinking about it for some time and I need to take that first step. I’ve learned that art basically mega hard and takes a lot of time to get good at. One day I hope to meet my standards.
